Christine Robateau is a qualified cleaning lecturer and Richard Foers a qualified fork lift instructor, they are the directors and jointly have more than forty years experience within the Cleaning and Support services industry.

Their knowledge has been gained from long-term employment with well-established national companies starting off as cleaners then moving up to operational management and business development backgrounds gaining accumulating skills over the years from both small and large contracts.

Enhance deliver a quality service meeting client's requirements with the ability to manage complex long-term service contracts and consistently aim for this quality service giving value for money.

Christine and Richard have had most of their clients since 1999 when they first set up but Enhance Cleaning Services Ltd was formed in the year 2000.

In 2004 Enhance opened a warehouse in the centre of Worcester selling to all trades, contract cleaning, cleaning chemicals, paper & plastic disposables, cleaning equipment & machines including on and off site fork lift training, telescopic, mobile platform, cranes ect.

Enhance have been awarded ISO 9001, are member of FSB Federation, Chamber Of Commerce and are VAT registered.

Enhance has grown through recommendation based upon there track record of honesty and consistently providing prompt quality service.

Enhance are an Independent Janitorial Supplier, Fork Lift Training Centre and Cleaning Contractors, enables you to minimize your time in looking around, thus creating less stress by maximizing your valuable time.

Enhance target companies within a two hour drive geographical area from the office base, enables them to dedicate maximum management time to the clients, thus striving for a stress free, smooth running cleaning service for the clients. This also helps the clients should they have an emergency occur, as a more efficient response can be achieved.

Enhance have significant experience in a diverse range of environments such as prestigious offices, factories, retail, laboratories and other fields with in the commercial industry, providing competitive prices, quality cleaning, support services and value for money to all our clients.

Enhance offers more than just quality cleaning they also offer a support service. Should you require window-cleaning, carpets cleaned, special cleans, deep clean, steam clean, office painting, litter picking, jet wash paths, removal of rubbish, building work, repairs or another service, just ask as they can accommodate you saving you time and money.

Enhance believe that there management and quality assurance systems is unique within the industry, as all contracts are managed and audited by the directors.

Enhance philosophy is that the “personal touch” makes a difference to the clients and employees.

Enhance directors strongly believe that their responsibility is working for the clients and along side the employees, as they are the two most important factors within the company.

Management and Supervision

Enhance directors ensure that they will carry out regular visits and inspections. Should any shortfalls occur it would be quickly identified and resolved. All non-conformances will be investigated and corrective action taken to assure future prevention.

Enhance aim in recruiting high calibre employees that will give a vital level of honesty and commitment. All individuals will complete a full company induction and training, which will be given on site and then on an ongoing basis.

Health & Safety

Enhance are extremely conscious of Health & Safety requirements in the work place, and do its level best to be fully compliant with all relevant Health & Safety regulations. Enhance fully train all employees and we work to a colour system in enabling the risk of cross contamination. All employees wear a full company uniform and photo ID name badge making it easy for clients to identify our staff. We run a 0800 telephone time keeping system, which has proven to have been beneficial to our customers, staff and the company.

Enhance materials, equipment and methods of working conform to the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and any amendments thereafter.

Enhance require that their employees have access to the client's First Aid facilities, in the unlikely event of an accident, any consumable would be replaced. For safety reasons Enhance also requires a copy of where your fire exits are and emergency procedures. Should you have an alarm system fitted and Enhance employees are required to set the alarm, then Enhance will require contact names and numbers should a problem occur.

Enhance has full liability insurances as required by Law in respect of accidents which may occur to employees during their work time on the clients premises and indemnified against public liability risks up to a maximum of £10,000,000 in any one claim.
